Medical Insurance and Prescription Plan
Comprehensive medical coverage is provided for you and your eligible dependents. The plan includes the option to use either Preferred Provider Option or non-Preferred Provider Option providers. The prescription drug plan applies to generic and name brand prescriptions after payment of a minimal, per prescription co-payment when purchased at a participating pharmacy.
Dental Insurance
You and your eligible family members are provided with dental-related coverage. In certain cases after a minimal deductible, procedures are covered at the 80 percent or 50 percent level.
Vision Plan
The vision plan includes eye examination once every 12 months and credit toward the purchase of a pair of glasses or contact lenses. The plan is subject to a co-payment. Employees can enroll eligible dependents for a small payroll-deducted premium.

Relocation Allowance
WISENIC may offer relocation allowance to new employees. Specific relocation assistance is determined at the time an offer of employment is made.
